John B. Kurish, D.O. – Dr. Kurish is the founding member of Front Range Medical Arts and has been practicing medicine in Colorado Springs for over 30 years He is Board Certified in General Practice and has finely honed his skills in Osteopathic Manipulation to be able to achieve very effective results utilizing gentle non-aggressive techniques. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine but especially enjoys watching families grow and change. He has the pleasure of caring for many generations in one family, now treating the children of patients he delivered!
Dr. Kurish is a founding member of the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation and continues to serve as its President to help promote the Osteopathic profession. He has two grown children. In his free time he enjoys fly-fishing, golfing, horse-back riding, and is a member of the Pikes Peak Range Riders.
Alex Constantinides, D.O. – “Dr. Alex” joined FRMA in 2005 after practicing rural medicine in Wyoming. He truly enjoys the Osteopathic principles of treating the whole person, and the whole family. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation and believes that his extra training in spinal manipulation is an important tool toward helping his patients heal and stay healthy.
He is especially interested in sports medicine and community service volunteering as Team Physician for Doherty High School and Evangelical Christian Academy, and is also a sports medicine provider for UCCS Athletics. He is a certified Ringside Doctor with the American Association of Professional Ringside Physicians and has worked for the Ultimate Fighting Championships, Strikeforce, WEC, ESPN Fight Night, and Chuck Norris' World Combat League, Golden Boy Promotions, adn Bob Arum Promotions just to name a few. Dr. Alex is married and has three daughters who are adopted from China and Korea. He enjoys fly-fishing, hiking, road bike racing, and competes in MMA and Submission Grappling events.
Megan Foss, P.A.-C – P.A. Foss has been serving the Colorado Springs community for 9 years. Ms. Foss has experience in Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, and Family Practice. At Front Range Medical Arts, she provides whole family care with a special emphasis in Women’s Health. She performs annual female exams and additional workup including treatment for a wide range of gynecological issues, from birth control to abnormal bleeding and more. Originally hailing from West Texas, Ms Foss moved to Colorado Springs in 1990 to attend Colorado College. She graduated from Saint Francis University’s Physician Assistant Program in 2001.
As a physician assistant Ms. Foss feels that her patients deserve her time and attention without feeling rushed. She also believes that patients should be involved in health care decisions and empowers them to work together with their medical provider to ensure the most satisfactory results.
When not at work Ms. Foss enjoys a variety of outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and two young children.
Mario Aragón P.A.-C - PA Aragón is the newest member of the FRMA team. He is driven to work with the individual in preventative, acute, and long-term care. Previous to becoming a PA he worked as a paramedic in Colorado Springs, EMT-Basic in Idaho and as a laboratory technician. He received undergraduate degrees at Brigham Young University-Idaho, and at the University of New Mexico. He was a recipient of the Pikes Peak regional “Paramedic of the Year” award. Mario volunteered two years towards a service mission in Finland during which time he gained a greater appreciation for different cultures, service, and became fluent in Finnish. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Mario is married to a beautiful wife and has three energetic children. He has been highly active with scouting and earned the Eagle Scout award. He loves fly-fishing, drawing caricatures, being in the outdoors and making spicy New Mexican dishes.
